How do I reset my progress?

Open the app → tap the gear icon (top right) → Reset stats. This clears all per-question accuracy and streak data on your device. There is no cloud copy to restore from.

How do I turn on daily reminders?

Settings → toggle Daily reminder on, then pick a time. iOS will ask for notification permission the first time. You can revoke that any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Exact Values.

The app rejected a correct-looking answer.

The validator accepts both equivalent forms (e.g. 1/√2 and √2/2). If you believe a specific answer is genuinely correct but not accepted, email us with the exact question and the input you tried — include a screenshot if you can.

Will my stats sync to another device?

No. Exact Values v1 is offline-only with no account system. Stats live on the device they were earned on.

Will there be subscriptions, ads, or in-app purchases?

No. One price, one app, forever. Future updates are included.

Which devices does the app support?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.

I want a refund.

App purchases are handled by Apple, not us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
